The Cavaliers will host the Knicks at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 15 on ESPN for Game 1 of Cleveland's first-round playoff series.
Power forward Obi Toppin, starting in place of injured Julius Randle whose status for Game 1 is currently unknown, scored a game-high 34 for New York, which finished the regular season 47-35 and earned the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference.
The Knicks won three of the four regular season matchups with the Cavs, including the most recent meeting -- a 130-116 triumph on March 31 in which Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson scored a career-high 48 points.
