Darren Kent, a director and actor best known for his roles in 'Game of Thrones' and 'Dungeons and Dragons,' has died. He was 36.

An Essex native, Kent got his start as an actor in the early aughts, landing small roles in the 2008 horror filmin 2012. However, it was his spotlight performance as a mourning goat herder on the season 4 finale ofIn the episode, Kent starred as a man who approaches Daenerys Targaryen holding a bundle in his arms. He then reveals that it is the charred remains of his three-year-old daughter, who was killed by her then-unruly dragons.
