Two jerseys worn by the late CTV Calgary anchor Darrel Janz, one a personalized Calgary Flames jersey and the other a Calgary Cowboys retro jersey, are being auctioned off to raise money for Samaritan's Purse. All proceeds will benefit the charity's Operation Christmas Child program.
A pair of hockey jerseys worn by the late Darrel Janz are being auctioned to raise money for Samaritan's Purse. One jersey is a personalized Calgary Flames jersey, while the other is a Calgary Cowboys retro jersey worn by the Calgary Hitmen in 2019. Both jerseys are part of the Believe in the Gold auction, which benefits Samaritan's Purse's Operation Christmas Child program.
Janz, a longtime CTV Calgary anchorman, was passionate about the charity's work, having covered their shoebox delivery efforts in Bosnia in the 1990s
