It is the job of adults to properly assess risk so that children can learn how to do the same. Let’s get the kids back to school so their parents can get back to work

Going forward, they have to be supported in understanding their true level of risk, and learning how to deal with this disease, while getting on with their lives – back to work, back to school, and back to healthy lives and vibrant, active communities across this country.”
The other school of medical thought is seen in Sweden. It called on citizens to exercise their best judgment in physical distancing and banned large gatherings. They did not close schools. They did not mandate masks. They are not banking on a vaccine to save them. They believe the way to protect the vulnerable population is to have low-risk populations get the virus and develop natural community immunity.
