A Dallas police officer was arrested early Sunday morning on a charge of driving while intoxicated, according to the department.
Officer Austin Marshall was arrested by Plano police about 12:20 a.m. Sunday, the department said. Marshall has been with the department since December 2018 and is assigned to South Central Division.
Details surrounding Marshall’s arrest were not immediately available. He was placed on leave pending the outcome of an internal affairs investigation.. Michael D.
