In its announcement of Tuesday’s ceremony, the City of Harrisburg said that Parsons lost the key he received last year, but Parsons said on Twitter that is not true.
If anybody deserves two keys to the city of Harrisburg, though, it’s probably Parsons.
He is the kid who rose up from Jefferson Street to become a young man who earned a degree early from Penn State and then went on to become the NFL’s Defensive Rookie of the Year for his 2021 season. And, since the end of his rookie season, he attended WrestleMania on an invite from WWE legend Randy Orton, and last week, he was a key celebrity figure in the build up to the big Errol Jr. fight on showtime.The ceremony is slated to take place at the MLK City Government Center on 10 N.
