Cityplace Tower north of downtown Dallas is converting empty office space into hotel rooms and apartments.
The popular Kips Bay home-design event will return to Preston Hollow this year even after complaints from neighbors and city officials cut last year’s tours short.
“We plan to convert floors 34 to 41 from multi-tenant office to 98 high-end class A multifamily units,” according to the presentation. “The multifamily conversion is estimated to cost $61.5 million.”NexPoint said it plans to complete the hotel and apartment conversions by the first quarter of 2025.to be built inside the tower at North Central and Haskell Avenue. But the project was delayed during the pandemic.which occupies three floors of the building.
