Zale Properties is a family-owned real estate firm that has built apartments in locations including Richardson, East Dallas and Rowlett. Now the developer is planning a 336-unit rental community at 8100 S. Collins St. in Arlington. The Village at Arlington project is planned with eight three- and four-story apartment buildings, plus 60 single-family rental units. The community will also have a fitness center, a co-working office, a dog park and playgrounds.
