Johnson – who has a long-standing relationship with the Italian fashion house’s creative director Alessandro Michele – made a dramatic arrival on the red carpet in the embellished sheer one-piece, which she teamed with a burgundy cape over the top. She finished off the look with black patent heels and glittering drop earrings.
