A man has been charged with causing the traumatic injuries that killed his 13-month-old child in Cumberland County at the beginning of the year, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Timothy L. Sampson, 25, of Mount Holly Springs, has been charged with first-degree murder, third-degree murder, and endangering the welfare of children. State police said the child was found unresponsive around 7:10 a.m. Jan. 1 on the 100 block of Big Spring Terrace in West Pennsboro Township.
