Single Family Builder of the Year awards recognize the outstanding work of Morrison Homes and Urban Indigo Fine Homes.
“The race for the title is often pretty tight and it’s seldom a runaway for anybody. So, when we win, we are as surprised as anybody. We just look at each other in shock every year. We are very proud of the team; they roll up their sleeves and they get the job done well. It’s a real validation,” he says.
At the BILD-CR Awards, which celebrate the best in new homes, renovations, community development, design, innovation and residential sales and marketing, Morrison Homes also picked up accolades for Best New Home $350,000 to $389,999 for a private residence, Best New Home $729,000 to $827,999 for The Ellsworth and the Best Print Marketing Award for its 15 Time Builder of the Year print advertisement.
Adding fuel to the wins, all three of Urban Indigo’s BILD-CR 2022 winning homes are owned by two-time winning families. Plenty of open communal spaces balanced with those that offer more privacy are at the core of Willix and Wilma. At just over 3,000 square feet, both homes offer a private study on the main floor, as well as open-concept living spaces. Contemporary finishes are blended with more traditional elements, along with plenty of glass .
That translates to smaller lot sizes and smaller square footages, “but still loaded with all of the luxuries.”
