A customer caught up in a fatal police raid at a Port Dover gun repair shop is suing Toronto police for $2.6\u002Dmillion.

The three other unidentified plaintiffs, described as C.W.’s adult children in the statement of claim, are seeking a combined $600,000 in damages under the Family Law Act.
