Eagles Grove is a custom-built cabin, originally constructed in 2020, with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 1,924 sq. ft of serene living space. The dwelling sits atop a 1.16-acre lot that includes a seasonal pond, an additional 419-sq. ft studio cottage, and a standalone sauna room.
The separate on-site cottage serves an additional 419 sq. ft of living space, with a 17' x 11' bedroom and a 7' x 11' loft above with attic-like ceilings. There's plenty of space for lounging or to use as a workspace, with huge windows on both sides that provide elevated forest views.
“The spring housing market usually starts before all the snow has melted, somewhere around the beginning of April, but this year I believe a lot of people were waiting for the Bank of Canada to wave the green flag,” said James Mabey, Chair of CREAOverlooking the greens of Rosedale Golf Club, "Riverview House" — crafted by Bruce Kuwabara, one of Canada’s most celebrated architects — honours exquisite taste and the beauty of nature.
