The woman, 22, had known 56-year-old Eric Joyner for years before he groped her last year, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
An Upper Allen Township man is accused of molesting a woman more than 30 years younger than him last year when he hosted a bonfire at his family home.
She said Joyner gave her beer and marijuana, then started talking to her about how he had been attracted to her since she was in high school. He kissed her, but she did not kiss him back, she said. She then began walking home, with Joyner following her, she said. He kept talking and saying things like “let me know if you change your mind,” according to the affidavit.
She eventually replied saying she was uncomfortable, especially knowing he is married and has a family. She said she did not feel any of it was appropriate for them, according to the affidavit. The woman said she repeatedly told him she didn’t want to do anything at the bonfire, which Joyner countered by saying she touched him at her house.
Joyner said he only kissed the woman on the cheek, but that nothing else happened physically between them.
