Adrian J. Rosario pleaded guilty in connection with the October 2020 death of Charles H. Ditzler Jr.

Laura Ditzler told police investigators that the night before, after they’d taken another family member to the Harrisburg train station, her son had asked her to take him to a meeting with another person at 16th and Market streets in Harrisburg “to address some rumors.” Police also found text messages about potential drug transactions on Ditzler’s phone in the days before the Oct. 20 meeting between him and a person identified as “Gatchy,” including messages setting up the meet at 16th and Market streets in the city.
