Some 14 food and beverage entrepreneurs in the Municipalities of Clare and Argyle are upping their game through the Clare-Argyle Culinary Enhancement Program. | SaltWire

Shane Robicheau, owner of Le Ptit Robicheau in Saulnierville serves his "Dine on the ocean floor” culinary experience to travel writers this summer as part of the Clare-Argyle Culinary Enhancement Program. Robicheau plans to bring the dining experience to market in 2023. CONTRIBUTEDSome 14 food and beverage entrepreneurs in the Municipalities of Clare and Argyle are upping their game through the Clare-Argyle Culinary Enhancement Program.

“Our areas are being rediscovered by folks close to home, and there is a newfound interest in our communities from outside the province," he says."With travel restrictions loosening and large-scale events like the 2024 Congrès mondial acadien on the way, our forward-thinking entrepreneurs are putting us on the map as a place to visit and a place to live.”

“We met some amazing entrepreneurs and we look forward to continuing to mentor them as we move forward,” says Bossé. “We are currently implementing marketing priorities this fall as the project wraps up at the end of December,” says Peach. “As these funds were part of a Covid-relief fund, it’s a one-off project, however, spin-offs will continue as the operators implement the recommendations from The Kilted Chef, some using their own funds”.
