The"grand dame of the Canadian railway hotels" is massive in size, but the property's services and public spaces are top notch.Located in Montreal's historic old port neighbourhood, Le Petit Hotel, though small, is"grand in luxury," Michelin says. Its 24 rooms feature exposed brick, contemporary stonework and hardwood floors.The Park Hyatt is located at the intersection of Avenue Road and Bloor Street in the heart of downtown Toronto, giving guests easy access to the city's best shopping, restaurants and galleries. The hotel also boasts a rooftop bar with commanding views of the Toronto skyline.The Dorian Hotel, Calgary's only Michelin One Key hotel, is located on 5th Avenue SW. Michelin describes the hotel's style as"an eclectic blend of Deco-inspired elegance and flourishes of Victoriana."1 Hotel is located in Toronto's King West Village. Often called the"Castle in the Rockies," the historic hotel has 724 rooms and suites, a spa, and multiple restaurants on site.Located in the Queen’s Marque district in Halifax, the Muir is"the first hotel of its kind" in the city, Michelin says. The red brick hotel houses a spa, sauna, seasonal outdoor pool and a farm-to-table restaurant.Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu is located on the Pointe-au-Pic bluffs overlooking the St. Lawrence River east of Quebec City."With hundreds of rooms and suites, indoor and outdoor pools, a state-of-the-art spa, an array of upscale dining venues, and easy access to outdoor activities from golf to winter sports, it’s an easy retreat that feels both modern and timeless," Michelin says.The Hotel Quintessence in Mont Tremblant, Que., has just 30 suites, but each spans at least 700 square feet. The hotel is a two-minute walk from the slopes of Quebec's largest ski resort, and it offers state-of-the-art amenities.Victoria, B.C.'s Fairmont Empress Hotel was styled after the French-style Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City, but has"an identity all its own," says Michelin. Its position facing the city's inner harbour makes it an unmissable landmark.Located on the west coast of Vancouver Island, the Wickaninnish Inn's rooms all rooms face the beach and the vast Pacific Ocean. Michelin says it's worth splurging for the hotel's lakeside rooms, as it's hard to compete with"the postcard scenery of Lake Louise."The Bisha Hotel is located between Old Toronto and the city's fashion district, and its 96 rooms and suites have each been thoughtfully designed, Michelin says. The property offers sweeping views of the downtown Toronto skyline and has four distinct bars and restaurants.Ottawa's Chateau Laurier offers the Fairmont Gold experience, which was awarded one Michelin Key in 2025 and offers an upgraded stay in the historic hotel."Guests enter through a separate check-in and gain access to a private lounge, where breakfast, evening canapés, and soft conversation unfold beneath historic detailing," Michelin says.The Post Hotel & Spa is located in Lake Louise, Alta., within Banff National Park. Its guest rooms are"comfortable, with robust pine furniture and massive beds," says Michelin, and its restaurant is considered one of the finest in Alberta.Toronto's Ace Hotel is located in the city's garment district, close to the downtown core. The hotel is a new build, but one with"plenty of vintage inspiration, designed by Shim-Sutcliffe Architects and Atelier Ace," Michelin says.This historic Vancouver hotel once hosted some of the world's biggest celebrities including Elvis, John Wayne and Frank Sinatra.After the Rosewood chain purchased the property, it was renovated and reopened in 2011, with much of its old glamour preserved.The hotel's location in the heart of Toronto gives guests the opportunity to dine and shop at some of the city's best restaurants and boutiques.Four Seasons is headquartered in Toronto, and as the brand's flagship hotel, its service is renowned.Located in the lower old port of Quebec City, Auberge Saint-Antoine overlooks the St. Lawrence River.The auberge is located in what was once a cannon battery and a maritime warehouse, and many of the building's historical artifacts are displayed.Considered by many to be the best ski hotel in all of North America, the Fairmont Chateau Whistler sits at the foot of Blackcomb Peak.
