The Civil Service Commission (CSC) urged leaders, managers, and HR practitioners on Monday, July 3 to participate in the series of comprehensive learning and development programs offered by the Civil Service Institute (CSI) this July. ManilaBulletin

“As the training and development arm of the Commission, CSI offers an array of HR and organizational development programs aimed at harnessing the skills of leaders and HR practitioners in government," CSC Chairperson Karlo Nograles said.

The training program on Competency Based Human Resource System which will be held from July 11 to 18 will delve into the benefits, processes, and requirements of developing a CBHRMS. The CBHRMS workshop will also emphasize the system's benefits, features, and the necessary processes, practices, time, and resources required to develop, install, and implement it effectively.

Lastly, the two-day Learning Facilitation course, scheduled on 19-21 July, will enable L&D Practitioners to acquire essential facilitation skills, helping them effectively facilitate learning based on the Learning Cycle framework while handling various types of disruptive behavior.
