Journeay relaunched the mountain under a new name in 2019, with the vision of restoring it to its former grandeur. The master plan encompasses the development of an all-season resort featuring single-family lots, condominiums, hotels, and townhomes. The walkable resort aims to reopen the existing ski area with upgraded lifts and facilities. It will also offer warm-weather activities such as bike trails, ziplines, and more.The website states that the plan has received approval from the Regional District of Central Okanagan. Journeay has initiated a GoFundMe campaign to turn his dream into reality, seeking $10 million in funding. He intends to dedicate the year to fundraising for the project. Once sufficient funds are raised, the plan is to demolish the existing day lodge and construct a new one. Additionally, existing lifts will be improved, new lifts will be installed, and machinery such as snow cats will be purchased, along with other necessary amenities.
