The game’s second star, Carter Murchison scored twice for the Crushers. Logan O'Neil scored once and assisted on another to earn third-star honours. Riley Seymour also scored once and picked up an assist. Ben Mercer scored shorthanded midway through the third period for Pictou County.The Crushers' second period offensive explosion chased Grand Rapids goalie Joshua Fleming who was replaced in nets by Frédéric Plourde to start the third period.
