Quebec’s coroner says there is plenty of blame to go around for the deaths of 47 residents of a private Montreal-area long-term care home during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, fiercely criticized for his handling of the early stages of the pandemic, lifted COVID restrictions in England in February, crediting Britain’s quick initial vaccine rollout and the rollout of boosters with breaking the link between cases and deaths.
