IPOH: Daily licensed traders near the Jelapang market will be allowed to operate, provided they follow the Covid-19 standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The decision was reached by the Ipoh City Council following a meeting with the traders and the police at the Perak MCA headquarters here on Monday .

About 21 licensed petty traders had lamented last month that they were not allowed to conduct their businesses outside the market in Jelapang.
