Couple warns of former tenant who they say have sold illegal law services during the time he lived in their Parksville home
A Parksville couple is warning the public about a man they rented their home to and was then selling his law services though he’s not qualified.
On returning home Marcus Willard found a bunch of pallets covering the backyard and he found the wood-fired pizza oven their had tenant built.Willard says the alleged pizza oven is strange but the unpaid rent hurts more.The Willard family leased out their Parksville home for six months. Though they had written up a lease agreement Daniel Lozinik, their future tenant, convinced them that signing it wasn’t necessary.
