A couple convicted of kidnapping a three-month-old baby in San Jose last year was sentenced Monday in Santa Clara County. Details here:
Suspect Yesenia Ramirez has been sentenced to 13 years and four months in prison, a Santa Clara County district attorney said. The fate of Jose Portillo was also released.
