League president Sandon Fraser said in a statement that members started calling his office in June of that year about not getting their money back. That’s when an internal investigation found its account had just $3,000 in it and suppliers had unpaid invoices. “Our investigators worked diligently throughout this investigation to gather evidence, identify and interview witnesses and support charges,” said Sgt.
