Cops have finally cleared the 1975 double murder of two teens and now they\u0027re eyeing a potential serial killer in similar slayings.
Best friends Barbara Schreiber and Darlene Zetterower, both 14, were snatched from their Hollywood neighbourhood on June 18, 1975.Days later, a family on a fishing expedition discovered the teens’ bodies on the edge of the Everglades. They had been sexually assaulted and shot to death.
After almost half a century of frustration, Broward County cold case detectives have named the killer: He is Robert Clark Keebler, a convicted sex criminal who died in 2019.DNA solved the case which was a match for Keebler. Now, cops are taking another look at other unsolved in South Florida. Broward County Sheriff’s Det.
