The trial judge accepted the Crown’s argument, based entirely on circumstantial evidence, that Rakka was the man in the white hoodie and that he was in possession of a firearm.Article content Alberta Court of Appeals Justice Bernette Ho cited the trial judge’s questioning of the Crown witness in her written decision granting Rakka’s release.
