NOBEEP hosts ‘Conversations Between Us Men’ on Nov. 11 at the Radisson Hotel ballroom
The Northern Ontario Black Entrepreneur Empowerment Pr ogram is bringing a new event in Sudbury , focused on uniting men from all walks of life.
Happening Nov. 11 and titled "Conversations Between Us Men", the event aims to unite men from diverse backgrounds and experiences for an impactful dialogue on empowerment and personal growth. “With a specific focus on nurturing and empowering young men, the event seeks to create a safe space for open and honest conversations about challenges, aspirations, and opportunities faced by men in today's world,” reads a release from NOBEEP. “Through engaging discussions, shared stories, and mentorship opportunities, this event aims to foster a sense of camaraderie, enabling participants to inspire, support, and uplift one another.
The event will feature an opening prayer, land acknowledgement and a Remembrance Day message by Ojibwe artist, Will Morin, and a panel discussion moderated by Charles Panganai Nyabeze, featuring Gerry Lougheed Jr., Paul Stevens, Morin and John Ratushniak as panelists. The event will also feature breakout sessions followed by “a sharing and learning exchange” and will be capped off with “actionable steps for attendees to encourage personal growth and community leadership.
The event will be held in the Palladium Ballroom at the Radisson Hotel from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Nov. 11. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased here.
