Located at 640 Wisconsin Ave. N., the development sits along Highway 55 between the Highway 100 and 169 interchanges overlooking the Brookview golf course. The project is led by local developers Sentinel Management Company and Monarch Commercial Real Estate. Situated on nearly four acres, the six-storey complex will offer studio, alcove, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Premium units will feature fireplaces along with larger floor plans, custom closets and cabinets and high-end appliances.
