With the Liberals down in the polls following almost a decade in power, and the Conservatives enjoying a comfortable lead, experts say Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre’s party could make some inroads in Quebec if they keep attacking Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and framing the Bloc Québécois as being an accomplice to the current government’s agenda.
Party has 'finally settled' on an uncontested leader David Boudeweel-Lefebvre, founder of Boudeweel Public Affairs and who has worked for more than two decades in political and governmental affairs, told that the first few seats that are prime targets for the Conservatives in Quebec are held by the Bloc right now in ridings containing overwhelmingly French-speaking voters.
