PETALING JAYA: After months under the recovery movement control order (MCO), those living in parts of the Klang Valley and Sabah will now have to restrict their movement after a spike in Covid-19 cases.

Below are the lists of activities that are not allowed during the conditional MCO in Sabah, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.Inter-district travel will not be allowed. However, employees who need to cross districts must have an authorisation letter from their employer or show their staff pass.Schools, kindergartens, nurseries, institutes of higher learning, training skills institutes, tahfiz, public parks, recreational areas are to be shut.

Sports, recreational, social and cultural activities including wedding ceremonies are not allowed to be held.However, economic activities in the affected areas will be allowed to operate as normal.Wet and wholesale markets can operate from 6am to 2pm.Grocery stores, convenience shops, supermarkets, stalls, and restaurants will be allowed to open from 6am to 6pm.Taxis, e-hailing and food delivery services are allowed to operate from 6am to 8pm.7.
