The community is reacting to news of a 16-year-old's death and the circumstances surrounding it.Videos posted online show Central Dauphin High School student Justin Johnson being involved in a foot chase with other boys prior to his death on Friday night. Someone also makes a racially insensitive remark.It has upset some neighbors.'I saw video on social media. It looks horrible. Looks like chasing by other kids,' Roshan Khadka said.
Later that night, police responded to his Lower Paxton Township home for a report of a cardiac arrest. Johnson was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.Other neighbors are shocked and saddened by what happened.'It starts at home. You need to teach your children that this doesn't matter. We're all human beings, and children shouldn't have to be afraid to go to school and have to be called names because of the color of your skin,' Tanya Reid said.
