Canada’s Great Kitchen Party kicked off at the Fairmont Château Laurier Thursday, Sept. 21.

“The winner created the single most creative, compelling and delicious dish, but there was only one per cent difference between the first- and second-place finishers — the scoring was incredibly close!”David Lawrason, co-founder of the National Wine Awards of Canada, addressed the crowd and announced the top wine of the evening: a 2020 St. Cindy Pinot Noir Rose Hall Run from Prince Edward County.
