Good Wednesday morning! Grab the rain gear because today will be a soggy day.

THURSDAY - ALERT DAY: Cloudy, rain and storms likely, PM severe storms possible, gusty winds, high 72.SUNDAY: Partly cloudy, chance for few isolated showers & storms, high 74.TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy, chance for few isolated showers & storms, high 76.

We have a round of morning rain and then a couple more waves of rain and showers through the day. Morning temps are in the mid 50s right now and we will warm into the mid 60s. So a cool and wet day. We may get a rumble of thunder or two, but severe storms are not likely for today. The scattered rain will continue tonight with low temps in the upper 50s.

Thursday will be an ALERT DAY because severe storms will be possible in the afternoon and early evening. The main threat will be gusty or damaging winds. A couple isolated tornadoes also possible along with large hail. Most of the state of Ohio has the potential for severe storms, but the Eastern half of Ohio may have slightly better ingredients. Morning showers possible, but the afternoon and early evening is when the pockets of storms are expected.

Friday will be chilly, windy, and wet. Lighter rain showers with brisk winds out of the west and northwest 15-25+ mph. Temperatures around 50 most of the day. The rain will wrap up later in the day and move out of here for a sunnier Saturday. Light breeze on Saturday out of the west with a morning low around 44 then a high around 66.

Sunday and early next week we warm up into the mid 70s. There is a slight chance for some isolated showers or storms for us early next week as well with an approaching system giving us some weak disturbances for some rain to pop up. Have a good one!
