Collision leads to vehicle theft charges

The vehicle had hit a power pole on the 300 block of Farwell Terrace

Sault Ste. Marie Police responded to a call reporting a vehicle on its side around 8:20 a.m. on Sept. 17.The driver was later located by police on Franklin Street and was detained for failing to remain at the scene of the collision.
