Customers are limited to making withdrawals and deposits through the ATM network

According to the company’s website, “Our branches are currently closed, and digital banking and coast-by-phone are temporarily unavailable until the morning of Wednesday, April 13, while we upgrade our banking system to better serve you.”

The shutdown, that started on Friday evening, means that customers cannot transfer funds or do any banking beyond withdrawals and deposits through the bank’s ATM network. “This short-term inconvenience is an investment in future solutions and enhancements. We’ve done our best to minimize the impact on you and appreciate your understanding.”
