CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland police confirmed one person died and another person was hospitalized following a shooting on the city’s East Side on Saturday.

Cleveland Police Sgt. Ciaccia said the shooting occurred at around 8 p.m. in the 5700 block of Dibble Avenue, in the city’s Hough neighborhood.Police pronounced the 19-year-old, identified by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office as Bemetrius Hargrove, dead at the scene.The man’s condition is unknown.
