The 40-year-old residence with a double garage provides 1,809 square feet of living space, ranging from a cozy sunroom to grand living and dining rooms with a double-sided, wood-burning fireplace and beamed, cathedral ceilings

Since 2014, the sellers installed a new air-conditioning system, kitchen and laundry appliances, as well as sliding doors to a three-tiered deck and south-facing backyard with a firepit, play structure and shed.
