The city hasn’t said what it expects to charge Sherwin-Williams annually for the land, but it will be “based on a fair market appraisal.'
CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland City Council on Monday is expected to approve a lease with Sherwin-Williams that will allow it to build a hangar at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
The paint giant intends to use 5.8 acres of land it will lease from the city to build a new structure to house and maintain its fleet of corporate jets, which are currently stored at a privately-operated hangar elsewhere on Hopkins’ campus.
