Tinx is an Internet personality who has platforms across TikTok and Instagram.
Back in 2012 and 2013 Tinx posted a series of tweets that have recently resurfaced. Many have branded the tweets as being fat phobic, as they saw Tinx body shame celebrities such as Tori Spelling and Kim Kardashian.In another she wrote, "fat people at Coachella lol." Tinx responded to the resurfaced tweets in a recent Instagram post. She wrote, "I always say if you’re not cringing at yourself a year ago you aren’t growing. I’m more than cringing, I’m beyond embarrassed and I want to take accountability.
"When I read the tweets back I am ashamed and embarrassed. They are mean spirited and I am not mean spirited – but I used to be. Let me tell you about the girl who wrote those tweets. I was 21 and deeply, deeply insecure. I hated myself and had a bad relationship with my body.
