While promoting the fifth season of her HGTV show 'Christina on the Coast,' which premiered July 11 and airs new episodes every Thursday, Hall tells TODAY.com about how she, her ex and his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, caused a recent stir on social media after they collaborated on an Instagram video.
