The tune advances with 8.7 million in audience impressions in the week ending Aug. 18, according to Nielsen Music.“De Los Besos” rose to the top in just its eighth week -- his fastest climb to the top. Previously, his quickest ascent came with a nine-week run to the top with “Te Falle” . which debuted atop the Regional Mexican Albums chart -- follows the first two singles, which also landed atop the chart: “No Te Contaron Mal” and “Nada Nuevo” .

With the new chart-topper, Nodal ties with Vicente Férnadez as the solo act with the second-most leaders on the Regional Mexican Airplay tally . They trail only Gerardo Ortiz, who continues to lead the list .
