Huayi Bros. is one of China's oldest and most influential private film studios, but it also has been among the hardest hit by the market and regulatory upheavals of the past few years

Chinese film studio Huayi Brothers Media reported a net loss of $565 million in 2019, a considerable deepening of its $155 million losses in 2018.
