San Antonio firefighters showed up first to a fire alarm problem at about 2 a.m. at an apartment in the 6200 block of Old Pearsall Road, Chief William McManus said. They encountered a woman in her 40s who had destroyed the alarm in her apartment and other property. They backed off until police arrived, and the disturbance continued.At some point, the three officers fired at the woman, killing her."Everything is so sketchy, and I have not seen the bodycam video," McManus said.
