The Chicago Cubs didn’t take the easiest path to going 4-2 on the homestand after dropping two of three to the Pittsburgh Pirates.

They will arrive in Atlanta on Sunday night in possession of the third and final National League wild card. FanGraphs’ projections give the Cubs a 55.5% chance of making the playoffs.
