This one showed a person wearing a paper mache Jughead mask getting smashed in the head by someone wearing a paper mache Betty mask, AKA the story of how Jughead was murdered. Betty doesn’t want to get caught up in another mystery, so Jug and Charles are on the case. Surveillance footage of the sheriff’s station leads Jughead to the one and only Ethel Muggs, who swears she didn’t make any tapes.
• Betty is reminded of her yearbook commitment, the one she made while hunting down a serial killer, a gargoyle man, and the Farm. A girl should not be held to any commitment she makes under such duress, Mr. Honey!
