According to court documents, Cher allegedly hired men to kidnap her son Elijah Blue Allman in 2022 to stop him from reconciling his marriage to Marie King.
The accusation was made in documents obtained by PEOPLE that were filed on Dec. 5, 2022 by Allman’s wife Marie King — from whom he filed for divorce in 2021 — and are now gaining attention due to their ongoing divorce proceedings.
because they were trying to “reconcile” their marriage and she was concerned for her son’s well being.King, who is known professionally as Queenie, said they had spent “12 days alone together from November 18-November 30, in New York, working on [their] marriage” at the time of the incident.
