Chelsea O'Donnell, a 27-year-old individual, has been arrested for the third time in three months on charges related to illegal substances in Niagara, Wisconsin . This latest arrest occurred on November 18 when she was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over for a loud exhaust. She was found to be hiding a smoking device containing methamphetamine and a prescription pill bottle with various substances including methamphetamine, hydrocodone, alprazolam, and lamotrigine pills.
This incident came just days after she was released from jail on a previous narcotics-related charge. Her mother, an actress and comedian, expressed hope that Chelsea will receive the necessary help to address her addiction issues
