Cullen yelled and screamed at a female cashier. He then threw a bottle of cleaning solution at her when he was asked to leave the store. While he was being escorted from the store, he yelled and pointed at another staff member, and then spat towards a manager. MacDonald said Cullen appeared to be intoxicated by alcohol.
He said that Cullen wasn't drunk . Instead, he hadn't taken his anti-psychotic medication. As well, Milne said Cullen threw the bottle of cleaning solution at the counter and not directly at the cashier. Cullen also wasn't trying to spit directly at the store manager, added Milne.
