After having their flight delayed for three hours, a group of Frontier Airlines passengers found that knocking on customer service's door wasn't a good idea.
“Frontier flight 2746 at Denver 3/17/24. Delayed 3 hours, then 25 of us got ‘involuntarily bumped’ and sent to customer service, where there are no agents,” the caption of a passenger’s video posted on Monday read.25 Frontier Airlines passengers were"involuntarily bumped" after having their flight delayed for three hours.The airport admitted they were short-staffed after passengers knocked on customer service door for answers.
The video of the “wild interaction” shows the group in front of two workers who were visibly overwhelmed by the situation. A third employee then took center stage, apologizing to the frustrated travelers and announcing a quick break. “I will be back in about 25 minutes; give me a moment,” she added before walking off camera.TikTok users reacted to the chaotic scene, with one person writing, “I stopped flying Frontier a year ago. Always a delay, gate change or something. I will pay a little extra and use United!!!!”“Frontier is the worst but it’s not the employees fault. Some of them can be horrible though.
